| The pictures above are of Stripes - Less than a few hours old. She looks like a little burrow. She has the dun factor with a dorsal stripe, shoulder markings, ear stripes and leg markings. |
| Well, she shed her hair and she is a grulla. She has definate markings all over. Her dun points are: 1.) Dorsal Stripe 2.) Cobwebbing 3.) Face Mask 4.) Transverse Striping 5.) Shoulder Bars 6.) | Stripes at 6 weeks old. She has not shed her long hair yet to show her true colors. |
| Stripes at 6 months old. She had just had a bath and her hair braided. She now loads, leads, ties, bathes, etc. |
| This is a picture of Stripes at 13 months old. She is 13 hands tall and weighs 676 pounds. We started putting a saddle on Stripes back at 17 months old. We have rode her around the yard several times and also on a 4 mile road trip. |
| Stripes is now 2 1/2 years old. She has got about 50 saddle miles on her now. She was hooked to the buggy for the first time on November 1, 2008. Then on the 2nd these pictures were taken. She had been on a 8-9 mile buggy trip. She is the 4th horse that we have trained to the buggy. Buck was 1st. Pretty Girl was 2nd. Ace was 3rd. And now Stripes is 4th. |
