This is a picture of Ace - Less than an hour old.
The picture is of Ace at 13 months old.

He leads, ties, trims, bathes, loads, and walks up to you. We have handled Ace since
he hit the ground.  He follows you wherever you go and ready to learn something
new.  He is now 19 months old. We have been riding him around the yard.  He is
going to be a great horse.

At 21 months old Ace was gelded. He also went on his first road trip. He went on a
5-6 mile trail ride along side the road. He is like a bulldozer, he will go wherever you
point his head. He wasn't scared of the horse eating mailboxes, horse eating culverts,
horse eating dogs, horse eating 4-wheelers, horse eating donkey, horse eating goats,
etc. He went over every log in the woods without hesitation. He is laid back and easy
going but also energetic whenever you ask him to be.
Date of Birth: April 4, 2005
Color: Sorrel, Gelding
This is a picture of Ace at 25 months old. He is 14'1 hands tall and weighs 821 pounds.

Ace pulled a cart for the first time today (May 26, 2007). Matt & I led him around the house a
couple of times with the harness and cart all hooked up. Then, April, Blaine & Braxton all hopped
on the cart & rode around the house a couple times. Ace was excited about the cart. He never
bucked or acted up. He only kept his attention on the cart. Just getting used to the new sounds and
the cart pushing and pulling on him. I don't think it will take much and he will be a great buggy horse
too.

When Ace sees Buck pull the buggy, he watches with great curiousity. He looks at every piece of
leather hooked up like he wants to see how everything works.

Ace went on his first buggy trip on the road today, June 15, 2008. He did very well. I have been
saddle riding him quite a bit lately.
On July 4, 2008, Ace pulled the buggy 8 1/2 miles to Appleton, Tennessee. This is "The Big Red Store"
U.S. Post Office 1858-1949. We had a picnic under a shade tree and then Ace had to turn around and do
another 8 1/2 miles back home.
As of December 5, 2009, Ace has over 200 buggy miles and 100 saddle miles logged. He has been in
parades, benefit rides, and all over north Alabama.
